一 日，兔 咿 说 的 傲 前 别 兽 可 兔 诶 快。
yī rì，tù yī shuō de ào qián bié shòu kě tù ēi kuài。
One day, the Hare proudly told the other animals that he was fast.

兔 咿 说 可「当 可 我 咿 跑 的 最 更 快，我 咿 不 过 失 啊 赛。」
tù yī shuō kě「dāng kě wǒ yī pǎo de zuì gèng kuài，wǒ yī bù guo shī ā sài。」
The Hare said: “When I run at my greatest speed, I have never lost a race.”

tù yī shuō kě「wǒ yī gǎn kě rèn shòu zài zhè chù yī sài gēn wǒ。」
The Hare said: “I challenge any animal here to race with me.”

The Tortoise said in a low voice: “I agree to race with you.”

tù yī shuō kě「zhè ā hǎo xuè。wǒ yī néng wǔ yuán nǐ dāng quán sài。」
The Hare said: “That is a good joke. I could dance around you throughout the race.”

龟 咿 说 可「前 可 你 咿 了 赢 啊 赛，咿 不 说 的 傲。我 们 咿 赛 吗？」
guī yī shuō kě「qián kě nǐ yī le yíng ā sài，yī bù shuō de ào。wǒ men yī sài ma？」
The Tortoise replied: “Before you have won the race, do not boast. Shall we race?”
